CBS SOCCER WELCOMES JOY MCCARTHY AS NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

CBS Soccer is pleased to announce that Joy McCarthy will take the reigns as Executive Director on February 1st.

Joy has been a dedicated volunteer with the Association for the past two decades including as a coach (C Licensed) and team manager, as well she has served on the Club's Board of Directors since 2020.

Joy has most recently worked with the Association as Coordinator - Competitive Divisions, where she acted as the key point of contact and club liaison to all program participants in Premier League, Championship League and Metro League. She developed and maintained meaningful relationships with the coaches/managers and delivery of program information while working closely with the General Manager and Technical Team.  During this time Joy actively participated and contributed to the creation of a collaborative work effort with all other team members to ensure that CBS Soccer met its goals while providing a positive developmental and competitive program.

Joy brings her professional experience from outside the club which includes a strong background in financial, budgeting and office management, strategic plan implementation, staff coordination and exceptional customer service.
